 Tyrone Johnson has spent more than three decades leading engineering organisations through some of the automotive industry's most demanding challenges. 


From global OEM product development and vehicle engineering to executive leadership and strategic transformation, he has built a reputation by delivering complex programmes, developing high-performing teams and making critical decisions under pressure.His career has taken him across Europe and Asia, leading multidisciplinary organisations responsible for the development and delivery of world-class vehicles and future mobility technologies. Whether navigating technical complexity, organisational change or demanding launch programmes, Tyrone has consistently earned the trust of teams by remaining calm, decisive and focused on execution.


Rather than following convention, Tyrone has always believed in backing capable people and giving them the opportunity to succeed. He is known for recognising potential where others see risk, empowering individuals to take ownership and creating environments where talented teams can achieve exceptional results. That philosophy has shaped not only successful programmes but also the careers of many leaders who have worked alongside him.


Following a distinguished career at Ford Motor Company, he joined Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Center, where he led Vehicle Development before being appointed Managing Director, becoming the strategic link between Hyundai's European engineering operations and the global organisation in South Korea while helping shape the future of zero-emission mobility.At Ordinary World Innovations, Tyrone brings the perspective of someone who has spent a career solving complex business and engineering challenges from the front line. Indy Bahra CEng - Founder | Programs & Transformation

Indy Bahra is an international programme and transformation leader with more than 30 years of experience delivering complex engineering, manufacturing and business transformation programmes across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.


Having held leadership positions with Ford, Volvo Cars, Magna Steyr, McLaren and Ceer Motors, he has built a reputation for bringing clarity to complexity, aligning diverse stakeholders and delivering programmes that others considered too difficult or too politically challenging.


Rather than specialising in a single discipline, Indy specialises in connecting disciplines. His ability to unite engineering, operations, purchasing, finance, digital and executive leadership teams behind a common objective has enabled organisations to accelerate delivery, recover struggling programmes and unlock business performance.


Known for building trusted relationships across cultures and organisations, he believes the best solutions rarely come from individuals—they come from bringing together the right people with the right experience at the right time.
